False Missile Alert in Hawaii – Student Presentation

Early in 2018, while relations between the US and North Korea were at their lowest point, inhabitants of the state of Hawaii received a dreadful SMS alert: INCOMING MISSILE! Fortunately it was a false alert.

A group of Masters Students in the  Error Management class at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management group focused on incident. “Fat finger” error or event bound to happen? Good or poor error management? Find out with this lively presentation.
