In 2016, the CEO of famous apparel brand Abercrombie & Fitch was quoted as saying he didn’t like fat customers. A mistake? For sure. As part of the final assignment of the elective class on Managing Errors in Organizations at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, a group of students analyzed the case in part through the lens of the the Executive Error Management framework.
