The Sinking of the Costa Concordia – Student Presentation

It has been one of the most spectacular accidents at sea: in January 2012, the cruiser Costa Concordia ran aground and sank in Italy. More than 30 people lost their lives.  The captain became notorious for his overconfidence cowardice. But one group of the  Error Management class at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management deepened the analysis. They present their insights both on the errors and how they were handled, in part through the executive error management framework.
