Mark & Spencer Strategy Zigzags – Student Presentation

How come a venerable and respected British retailer opened a flagship store in Brussels only to close it down in less than two years? This was the starting point for analyzing the management of organizational errors at Marks & Spencer, one of the final projects of the Masters Students’ presentations at the end of the Error Management class at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management.
