Masters Students in the Error Management class at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management are to research and present cases of organizational errors. During the first quarter 2018, the famous NGO Oxfam UK lost face due to allegations of covering up sexual misconduct by some employees in hard-hit countries. One student group examined how the organizational errors were managed by the executives.
