Our students have got talent! For the past three months they have worked hard on real-world errors in organizations — and, more important, how executives actually managed them. At the end of the first Strategic Error Management elective course, it was time to hear their analyses!
The final assignment consisted of presenting the conclusions of a two-month research they conducted in groups of four. There was a twist: we requested they made a TED-like show. And they did terrific. See the videos below.
