The elective course ‘Managing Errors in Organizations’ at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management is probably unique in the world of business schools. We started it in 2016-17 with 40 students. On the second year, 2017-18, more than 110 enrolled.

One of the features of this course is that final grading is based on short presentations of concrete cases of organizational errors — and their management.
